In her audio she explains how to "Be Still", and be present to get centered so you will be able to choose wisely. The 5 steps she discusses are:
- Be still / some might call it meditate
- Continue to notice your thoughts throughout the day
- Notice where you are going "physically" each day
- Is your space organized – are you comfortable in it
- Are you taking care of your body – eating right, exercising, regenerating
