    Hi J!

    I’ve heard it said that a huge part of succeeding in life is wrapped up not in the events of life themselves, but in how we react or respond to those events or circumstances. I believe it to be true.

    It helps me to actually verbalize the frustrations. Then when I hear myself whining, I’m able (often) to bring myself up short and re-group. I don’t know if that makes sense or not.
