The nice thing about this site is, although it’s grading websites, it will also pick up blog information. It’s fun to see your score, but it does not show an accurate reflection of say the total links one has in Google, etc. It will show you at what level of education you write - which is always good to know

I’ve come across Website Grader in the past and while it is a great tool to help you fix things that you might have overlooked, it’s good to keep in mind that a high score doesn’t mean that you can just sit back and watch the traffic come in.

You’re both so right when you say to not put all of your eggs in one basket so to speak! Tools are intended to be used as guidelines and not gospel, so treat accordingly with some common sense. Of course in all business planning, you can never rest on your laurels expecting traffic to “just find it’s way to you”. I appreciate your stopping by to comment - they’re always welcome!

The reports generated can be interesting from the grader. Used in conjunction with other SEO activities (possibly even the site rating system Sapun mentions?) can give you a closer glimpse of traffic to your site. Everyone should have monitoring tools of some sort in place to evaluate when and where enhancements should be made.

I’ve tried that on my website too. It’s a great tool to get you looking at what you’re doing right and where you need to make some changes.
