Is It Realistic to Make $20K per Month in 90 Days?

Well, it probably isn’t if you work for someone else, but the saying, "the sky is the limit" when you work for yourself in the right home-based business had to come from somewhere!

First of all, squelch the myth that all network marketing and home businesses are scams. There truly are legitimate, serious, and honest opportunities available. Like anything you research, it may take some time to find the right one for you.

Here are some suggestions of what to consider when looking for a business opportunity to generate $20K or more per month:

  • Research products and services that are of interest to you. If you can’t see yourself marketing a particular product, it will be difficult to generate enthusiasm and a belief system to do well
  • Research the company itself. How long has it been in business? Can you view the business plan to determine if it operates with integrity and will be here for the "long haul"? Note: Just because a business is "young" doesn’t mean it isn’t healthy, and visa versa - just because one has been around for 40 years doesn’t mean it is either - do your due diligence
  • New to Network Marketing and need to learn a set of new skills? Research a company that has a system in place that is easy to duplicate. As important, what type of training does the company have to support you standing "on your own two feet"?
  • Compensation plan …. wouldn’t it make sense to find a company with a generous income opportunity? It takes the same effort to generate a lead and make a sale whether you are selling lotions and vitamins, or higher end products.
  • Does the company offer a way to generate multiple streams of income, and a residual income plan? Leverage your time and make every marketing effort count.

There are many internet business entrepreneurs making 6 figure incomes from home, and in as little as 90 days. Do your research, focus, and identify what you’d like to achieve and possibly you can be a part of this growing group as well. To your Success!

What types of research do you undertake when evaluating opportunities? :-)

Until next time, J.

Good information Janet. There are certainly legitimate home businesses that offer the opportunity to earn better than average incomes. Good company/product, good payplan and good training….and then taking action and implementing the learnings = big success in a good home business.

    Great “checklist”, thanks for sharing!

All of your points are very valid and should be researched.

I also think that the most critical piece is the type of training, mentorship and leadership you will receive from the team you join.

And yes, Do they have duplicatable systems in place?

Also, Ask yourself what kind of marketing you want to be doing?

Do you see yourself hanging out at Starbucks striking up conversations with people? Because if you focus on offline marketing, you WILL need to do that in order to keep exposing new people every day to your opportunity. Success in this industry is a numbers game.

We only have so many friends and family members, right?

Alternatively, you can market online. But you have to make sure that the team you join will offer that kind of training as well as automated systems.

People join people, not companies or products. That is why when you are out therre marketing, you want to market yourself, not your product or opportunity.
