Ten Things To Know About Judge Sonia Sotomayor

May 27th, 2009 -- Posted in Misc Ranting | No Comments »

A friend forwarded this to me, and while I usually stay away from posting “politics”, I thought this provided some information others may want to read.  As business owners we need to stay aware and possibly even take a more active part on who will be “running things”, because as entrepreneurs we don’t want them “running us”, do we?

Please let me know what you think of this article…..
Today, President Obama nominated Judge Sonia Sotomayor to be the next U.S. Supreme Court justice. Of course, the Right is already fighting against her confirmation—so we need to get the facts out about her impressive qualifications and background.

Below is a list of 10 key things about Sonia Sotomayor that you might not know.

1. Judge Sotomayor would bring more federal judicial experience to the bench than any Supreme Court justice in 100 years. Over her three-decade career, she has served in a wide variety of legal roles, including as a prosecutor, litigator, and judge.

If you are looking for a top online business opportunity to build your wealth there are several things you need to consider before deciding on a company to partner with. It can take some time and effort to sort through the many opportunities out there and find the one that fits with your values and integrity level.

First, you need to consider how much this new venture is going to cost. Low cost doesn’t necessarily mean low quality, and high cost doesn’t necessarily mean high quality.
