If you are looking for a top online business opportunity to build your wealth there are several things you need to consider before deciding on a company to partner with. It can take some time and effort to sort through the many opportunities out there and find the one that fits with your values and integrity level.
First, you need to consider how much this new venture is going to cost. Low cost doesn’t necessarily mean low quality, and high cost doesn’t necessarily mean high quality. Some companies require a one time fee, others require monthly fees. You should also consider using the very products and services you are going to be selling. Makes sense, right? You can’t offer something honestly that you’ve never used before. There will be other costs to incur, like website hosting, advertising and marketing. Devise a marketing plan and a budget. You will be inundated with emails raving about continue reading »

Becoming an online entrepreneur in the network marketing industry is a great way to create a wealth building system. When considering an online business opportunity there are generally three things to consider.
1) Cost – there are always going to be start up costs when joining an affiliate or network marketing program but they vary widely. Some charge a one time fee, some charge a monthly fee. Some charge both. You are also going to have to purchase at least some of the products and services that the company offers, especially if you want to become a “product of the product”. Additionally, there are other costs associated with an online business: creating and designing a website, continue reading »

What a great weekend! In part due to the incredible 1st ride of the season, and in part because of the system I have in place to run my business while I am out enjoying myself! If you’ve been following me on Twitter , then you know this was our first "kick off" ride of the season, which we host. We have a number of couples from out of town stay with us for the weekend, and then other local friends join us on a day long ride through Lake County. We end up riding about 180 miles through beautiful vineyards, foothills, and lake areas. Then back to our place for a big BBQ. We encountered some incredibly hot weather - 102 degrees - very hot for this early in the season, but everyone still had a great time!
With regards to automated systems running my business full time (even if I’m not), it’s truly the way to run a business today. It allows you to continue reading »

Carbon Copy Pro, CCPro, Carbon CopyPro, it’s written all kinds of ways, and regardless of how ~ it’s all the same ~ it’s about Leadership . A fast growing educational company which targets Internet marketing with integrity, honesty, plus a lot of fun!
I recently attended the Wealth Masters Int’l (WMI) M2 conference and the CCPro event piggy backed onto it, adding one more day. This was a brilliant idea as it allowed attendees to save on multiple trips, travel costs, etc. The material presented was phenomenal (again). The next generation of Web 2.0 marketing was reviewed by speakers such as:
Natalie Stahl unveiled the new training programs in the back office that now take into consideration those who are building their business part time. (Of course they apply to those who are full time as well!) There are multiple outsourcing options to leverage your time, and incredibly strong step by step trainings for the beginning marketer, intermediate, and beyond levels.
The co-founders Aaron Parkinson and Jay Kubassek were visibly humbled when talking about the explosive growth of the company this past year. They really spoke from the heart and I saw a new level of maturity as they’ve grown (not just the company) through the process. They are positioning Carbon CopyPro as an incubator for tomorrow’s leaders and entrepreneurs . The team is motivated, creative, talented, and I can’t think of another group I’d rather be aligned with!
Who are some of the “leaders” you admire, and why….
Until next time, J.

So what’s in a business name? For example, let’s take the name of my primary domain – “The Abundant Alliance” . If I knew when I decided on that name for my online venture what I know now, it would’ve been different and here’s why….
- Does the name of your business (we’re talking online business for this discussion), tell the person you are trying to reach – what products or services you offer?
- What comes to mind when you see The Abundant Alliance ?
- I chose this because the financial products and services I represent have over a dozen (abundant) “alliances” with professionals in the fields of continue reading »

We’ve all heard the saying, “Life’s not a dress rehearsal“ . How many times have you caught yourself though operating on auto-pilot, planning for some big event, or sale, or promo - just like planning for an opening night? Are you reaching milestones or goals daily or conserving and saving the good stuff for the “spectacular event”? How many sales, or ideas, or opportunities are you letting slip right by you? There are numerous things you could implement which don’t take a lot of “up front” time, but leverage your exposure - while you’re focused on the “big event”! Here are a few of them: continue reading »

I’m a fan of Success Magazine (in fact it’s a link on my Blogroll). Periodically I reference something from their writings for those who may not read the magazine. Here is a recent article from their "Seeds of Success". Just might be good timing for a new years resolution!
It’s hard to believe that the father of positive thinking, Norman Vincent Peale, was once a young boy plagued by an inferiority complex. But through faith, and his realization that people take you at your own self-appraisal, Peale began a journey to a new way of thinking. If your self-appraisal needs some refinement, incorporate Peale’s timeless truths into your life:
- Start thinking you can do things. When people believe in themselves they learn the first secret of success.

I think many people who respond to home based business opportunities are actually looking for a j.o.b. and not looking to be in business for themselves.
Here’s a few of the differences (in my opinion)….
A home based job and those looking for one:
- Something you do for someone else, and they dictate your time, method of completion and compensation
- This person usually wants to take no monetary risk and wants a guarantee that they will see a "return on investment" (ROI) within a matter of weeks
- This person usually continue reading »
