Thanks! Simple is best (and I found myself “sitting up” as I read, it’s really too darn easy to forget that posture is so important. And the sheer act of straightening up is like a boost to one’s feeling of “self importance” or awareness that “I count!”

As for the stress avoidance, hmmm…. it’s hard in the current climate, even globally, to not be affected in some way. Although I do know several individuals sailing through today’s economic troubles without a care in the world. Lucky them!

Donald has it pretty right on. The only thing I would add is that with the current market conditions, some lender such as Bank of America, are opting not to subordinate. Or, as in our last deal, the borrower had a 110k second and they agreed to subord 56k….my borrower was NOT taking out cash or paying off any debt, so this did not make sense for him.

Actually, if adjusted for monetary inflation – when compared to all of the money being printed by the western democracies to prop things up – the stock market has been falling all along… it just hasn’t fallen as fast as our western currencies! In order for the stock market to have beat inflation, its rise would have to equal that of Platinum or Gold.

Of course, it hasn’t even been close…. Rather, the overall Stock Markets have paralleled our corporate pay raises when compared to inflation – even during the good years. My question is: “If the employees have been getting screwed to artificially inflate corporate revenues, if the stockholders haven’t reaped the benefits, and if the corporations themselves are now underfunded – then where did all that increasing capitalization go – over the last 30 years?

Within one calendar year: Our western currencies will collapse, The Markets will plunge to inconceivable lows, and over 50 percent of Americans will be without employment. Meanwhile, the richest ten percent will profit immensely – having bought up Platinum, Silver, and Gold.

The average American will be financially devastated, the Middle Class will be ruined, and violence will finally erupt as already expected by our Federal Government. A Federal Martial Law will be declared, numerous States will declare themselves sovereign, and a Civil War will erupt overnight. Other unexpectedly allied nations will assist these now sovereign States, Europe will enter on the side of the Feds, and North America will become the central focus of World War III.

Europe will not lose such a prize from entering its New World Order as planned, Russia and China will not foolishly allow it to do so, and as conventional wars go – this one will be the most horrific ever. Hundreds of millions will die in the battles and federal internment camps to follow. Thus, FEMA will get it bodies for all of those plastic coffins they’ve stockpiled.

It's past time to stop using foreign oil! Maybe we will always need some oil, but we just have to stop depending on Middle East oil. There are 3 fairly easy things that all of us can do now to make a difference. 1- Stop pumping gas into your car! If you have a gas guzzler now, convert it into an electric car (see this blueprint for example). No more gas! 2- Stop using electricity off the electric grid! Either build solar panels (like this one), or build a cheap magnetic generator (like this one). Not very hard! 3- Learn to bike or walk! If you are only going a mile to the shop, walk or bike there. My 2 cents.
